The heart of the machine is the famous and unique Carpigiani mix pump. This stainless steel pump with gears ensures a guaranteed constant mix-air ratio in your end product. This 'air storage' is easily adjustable and is the most important condition for a firm, stable, airy and creamy ice cream or milkshake. Mix and air are mixed in a unique way in the pump to ensure constant air storage. The Carpigiani mix pump has a minimum number of separate parts that are also easy to disassemble. This also makes the mix pump easy to clean and therefore 100% hygienic.

1. Filling System

With most of Carpigiani's machines you have the option of choosing the desired production method. For example, you can work with liquid mix or, by means of the Dry Filling System, work with a mix in powder form.

 

 

3. Stirrer

The agitator is an important part of the machine. It partly determines the structure of the ice. Carpigiani has developed a solid steel agitator with a double rotating inner agitator. As a result, Carpigiani guarantees the production of a hearty ice cream. In addition, the Carpigiani agitator has the fewest number of loose parts.

4. Cylinder

The largest possible cylinder capacity may seem beneficial for the production capacity of the machine, but this can also cause a loss of quality of the ice. After all, there is more ice 'in stock' in the cylinder, with the risk of obsolescence. By means of the unique and most efficient cylinder cooling system (direct expansion cooling), Carpigiani machines offer the optimum balance between ice cream quality and production capacity. In addition, the cylinder can be heated to make cleaning easier.

5. Tap head

The tap head of Carpigiani machines is made of high-quality polymer material and therefore very strong. In addition, the tap head from Carpigiani consists of a minimum number of separate parts and is therefore very easy to use. The tap handle is ergonomically designed and automatic stopping ('self closing') is an option on most machines. A number of types have a mouthpiece that can be exchanged. This makes it possible to apply a distinctive shape in a very simple way. There are no fewer than 13 different shapes possible. 7. Optional Configurations

Mixer: Mixer with a spoon to mix different toppings through the ice cream.

Wash kit: Tap above the mix tank to simplify cleaning.

6. Automatic pasteurization

Thanks to the unique automatic pasteurization system, the machine only needs to be disassembled and cleaned 9 times a year.
