This Privacy Policy is designed to help users of the Websites ("you/your") feel more confident about the privacy and security of your information when using the Websites and (along with our application's  Terms of Use  and the  Terms and Conditions of Sale and use of equipment  ) describes the basis on which we process any personal information that we collect from you or that you provide to us through your use of the websites.   

By using the Websites, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information by us in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We will ensure that the information you provide to us or that we collect through various channels is only used for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. 1. AGE REQUIREMENTS

1.1. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, please do not provide us with any personal information. If you are a parent and believe that your child under the age of 18 has used the Websites and provided us with personally identifiable information, please contact us at the email address, telephone number and/or address below and we will do our best to delete the affected account (if any) AND such personal information.

4.1.3. where it is necessary for our legitimate interests (or those of a third party) and your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests  - we, or a third party, will need to process your personal data for the purposes of our (or the legitimate interests from a third party, provided we have determined that those interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms, including your right to protection of your personal data.

9 LINKS

10 ADVERTISERS

We may from time to time use third party advertisers or sponsors on the Websites. In the event that we do so, we will not disclose any identifiable information about individuals, but we may provide them with aggregated information about our users. We may also use such aggregated information to help advertisers reach the kind of audience they want to target. We may use the personal information we have collected from you to enable us to fulfill the needs of our advertisers and sponsors by showing their advertisements to that target audience. 

 

11 KEEPING YOUR ACCOUNT SECURE

13 RIGHTS YOU HAVE

13.1.1 Access  - you have the right at any time to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you and to check that we are lawfully processing it. 13.1.2 Right to correction or completion  - if the personal information we hold about you is inaccurate or out of date and needs to be changed or corrected, you have the right to have the information corrected or completed. 13.1.3 Right to erasure  - in certain circumstances you have the right to request that the personal information we hold about you be erased, for example if the information is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or processed or if our processing of the information is based on your consent and there are no other legal grounds on which we are allowed to process the information. 

13.1.4 Right to object or restrict processing  - in certain circumstances you have the right to object to our processing of your personal data by contacting us using the details in our Contact Us section below. For example, if we process your information based on our legitimate interests and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for our processing that override your rights and interests. You also have the right to object to the use of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. You may also have the right to restrict our use of your personal information, such as in circumstances where you have contested the accuracy of the information and during the period when we are verifying its accuracy.

13.1.5 Right to data portability  - in certain cases you have the right to receive any personal information we hold about you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. You can also ask us to send that information to you or directly to a third-party organization. The above right only exists in respect of personal information which you have previously provided to us and which are processed by us using automated means. While we welcome such requests, we cannot guarantee technical compatibility with any third-party organization's systems. We also cannot comply with requests involving personal information from others without their consent.

13.1.6 Right to consent  to  withdraw  - in the limited circumstances in which you may have given your consent to the collection, processing and transfer of your personal data for a specific purpose, you are entitled to your consent for that particular process at any moment to withdraw. Once we have received notice that you have withdrawn your consent, we will no longer process your information for the purpose(s) you originally consented to, unless we have another legal basis for doing so.
